Health and Safety in the Engineering Workplace

This course will provide you with an understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations in the workplace, as well as an appreciation of the hazards and risks that must be managed. You will gain an understanding of the methods used when reporting and recording accidents and incidents, and the importance of implementing preventative measures to protect against potential risks. This course will also assist you in completing the 3 assignments that this unit requires

Assignment 1: The roles and responsibilities of those in the workplace.

Assignment 2: Reporting and recording incidents. And how to prevent them.

Assignment 3: Risk Assessments and controlling risk.
